RUSTIC's Program 6.5 combines direct clinical healthcare delivery with active legal human rights advocacy. Trained community paramedics provide antenatal care, basic diagnostic testing, and emergency referral transport, while paralegal committees handle gender-based violence mediation and land rights advocacy.

Operating maternal health service points offering routine checkups, iron-folate supplementation, tetanus toxoid vaccination, and institutional delivery referrals.
6.5.2 Mobile Medical Clinics for Isolated Char Communities
Deploying boat and van-based medical teams equipped with essential medicines to treat water-borne ailments, skin infections, and seasonal fevers in remote areas.
6.5.3 Women's Legal Rights & Anti-Trafficking Watch
Forming community vigilance committees along cross-border transit routes to intercept child and female trafficking, offering pro-bono legal mediation for domestic disputes.
